2012 ISOC Snocross at the Pontiac Silverdome

It was cool to be in the Silverdome again. The last two events I went to there were to watch Grave Digger crush cars, and Hulk Hogan body slam Andre the Giant at WrestleMania 3!

Independence Day Fireworks

I had the opportunity to go out to the Birmingham Independence Day Fireworks yesterday with one of my friends and some of our kids. I threw both cameras in the van and had a little fun.

This is my dad. I caught him when we were all up in Frankenmuth this past weekend sharing our family birthdays. March sees three of us in the Elliott clan having birthdays. My sister is on the 18th, mine the 20th, and my dad's the 22nd.

I would like to take a minute to say Happy Birthday to Lisa (my sister), and to my dad! I love you both!

I had a chance to sneak away with the wife and kids for a few minutes at the Detroit Zoo. It was a great time and I got some good shots of the animals.

Things I saw on my vacation

Well, the family took its first official vacation. Andrea and I loaded up the kids and went up north to my parents house just south of the Mackinaw Bridge. We enjoyed some great time with my parents, tried our hand at fishing, shot bb guns, walked, cooked, took in the sites of Mackinaw Island, and took lots and lots of pictures!
